The information provided by our clients through Casa Sur & Co.’s website shall always be under protection and remain confidential and will only be shared with our employees or third parties to fulfill and properly deliver the client’s order.
All products require exclusive dedication from our craftswomen, as well as full coordination across the entire manufacture process. The order gets confirmed once the product or the order has been payed by the client. All products requested on-line or by email hold a delivery time which goes from two to five weeks for manufacture. Products already in stock are not included. Stock available products hold a delivery time that goes from two to five working days. Every product goes through a thorough revision before delivery/shipping in terms of size, design and manufacture.
Once the order has arrived at its destination it is very important to immediately open the package and place the product in the assigned space, stretching it if necessary. The order is considered finished once the package is delivered and the client acknowledges receipt.
Since Casa Sur & Co.’s products are handmade, they are susceptible to certain variations during the manufacture process. Although our work is to prevent changes, in some cases the following situations might occur:
- Size:due to the loom assembling system in some cases a slight +/-5% variation in the length of the product may happen.
- Colour: dyeing is not always 100% identical one another, it depends from the type of wool in use as well as the dyeing process itself. These variations are minimal and we make our best effort to avoid them.
- Design:the product’s design may be susceptible to some minimal variations due to the size of the product.

Once the product’s manufacture is complete we carefully pack it up and safely dispatch it to your reported destination, whether in Chile or abroad. All products are delivered by an external firm depending on country of destination. The data used for dispatch is the same you fill in the order form you receive by email, so it is very important for it to be fully complete and with no mistakes. The delivery cost depends on the product’s size and weight. Our deliveries cover the entire Chilean territory as well as all worldwide locations. Delivery costs are calculated with Puerto Varas, Chile (5550000) as reference of origin.
Changes and returns
Products are dispatched once the client’s requirements as well as our own standards have been fulfilled. In case the product shows some degree of deterioration or does not please you, contact us at email@example.com or by telephone.
For changes we only accept products which have not been used. Once received, it takes over 48 hours to perform a review. Returns and changes are accepted within a maximum period of 30 straight days after the delivery was complete.
